Section 10 - Governing law
The laws governing this agreement will be the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its Courts.
For the purposes of this agreement the words "Nextbiggadgets", "Nextbiggadgets.com", "Nextbiggadgets.com", "Next Big Gadgets", "We", "Our" and "Us" refer to Nextbiggadgets and "Site" to materials delivered on www.Nextbiggadgets.com and other co-branded versions of the site.
